8. Refund Policy

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
